What is this?
I got off the bus close to Circular Quay (where you get the ferries, right by the Opera House) and then walked to Wharf 3 which is where I catch the ferry back to Manly. Anyway, as I was walking by a little grassy area, there were pigeons picking at the ground. Then, I saw this!
It was amazing! Just foraging around in the grass with its crazy weird beak!
When I got home I showed The Aussie the picture, and he had no idea what it was. I said "You don't even know your own wildlife?" Sheesh! So I don't know what it is. But it's neat. Just hanging out in the CBD (Central Business District = downtown) of Sydney!

That's funny! That bird thing was like the first thing I noticed when I got there. It's one of the first pics in my photo albums with a caption saying something like, "what is this?"
