One Month Away...

It is December 30th. That means that I have officially one month left in Canada before I get on that plane to Sydney! I am pretty excited about it, yet at the same time I can't believe that all the time spent waiting and anticipating has gone so fast! I found out that I got in to USyd all the way back in May, and it has been a waiting game ever since!

There isn't really much I still need to get ready, though. I have my plane ticket, I have my Australian visa, I have done all my health checkups, and I recently found my birth certificate that I thought had gone the way of the world. So I am in good shape! I just need to pack! And not be too nervous!

Of course I still have to go through all the emotional aspects, but I'm refusing to focus on that right now. Plenty of time for goodbyes in the next four weeks!
